“Every gym has a different flavor, a different character,” Jessica explains. “There are those sad women-only gyms, that seem to exist to just make women feel better. You know the ones I mean? They’re sad because these women are really missing out on an opportunity. Yes, it can be stressful to go to the gym, and yes, women can feel like they’re being judged. Well, they are, and there’s nothing wrong with that. That’s the whole reason I work out. I work on my body so that men will see it and be impressed with it. I want them to want me. I want them to be turned on by me. You can’t do that if you don’t put the time in and if you don’t truly work out for yourself. If you’re so worried about being judged that you’re going to one of those sad little women-only gyms that used to be in every strip mall, you’re missing out on the single biggest motivator to go to the gym, and that is getting a man’s attention. Say you’re really heavy. Well, all that separates you from having the body you want is time and effort. Sure, you may not be getting attention now, but when that flab turns to a curved, toned rear end and a taut stomach, when your legs are nice and firm and your arms are healthy and strong, men are going to see that and respond to it. Then you’re going to get that attention that you crave so much of. You’re really going to see results then. And my guess is that suddenly you’re going to think all that extra work was well worth it. Right?”

Jessica has some strong feelings about the “meat market” atmosphere of some gyms, too. “I like to dress sexy when I go to the gym,” she admits. “There’s nothing about a great workout that can’t be better if you’re wearing as little as possible. I guarantee nobody is going to be complaining if you have the body to pull it off. And let’s face it, when you look like this, you are the motivation and the inspiration for all these guys out there. They look at you and they see a woman that they can only get if they look good, too. Sure, a woman shouldn’t be superficial. She should like guys of all types. But the average guy doesn’t see it that way. He figures he has to get in shape if he’s going to attract a beautiful lady. So the sexy girls at the gym are his inspiration and, let’s be honest, they’re also a fringe benefit when he’s at the gym. Every guy likes to have some nice eye candy to look at when he’s putting the effort in. It helps him to get through it. It keeps him feeling happy as he works. I think that’s a great thing.”

Jessica goes on, “When I walk into that gym in my tiny little workout outfit, with my body looking good like this, I just watch through my peripheral vision as all the guys’ heads turn while I pass them. They don’t think I notice them and I pretend I don’t, but I do notice, and I drink in that attention. It’s the greatest feeling in the world. When I’m getting down with my workout, when sweat is pouring off me, when I’m working my body, I don’t think I’m ever sexier than right at that moment. And there are so many guys who agree. Why do you think there is all this porn out there that shows men and women at the gym, getting it on right there on the equipment? There isn’t a straight man in the world who has seen a hot Las Vegas Girl working out at the gym who hasn’t thought exactly the same thing.”

When her work is done and Jessica is ready to treat herself, that’s when she goes for fine dining. “I think it is practically a sin to eat bad food,” she says. “You get a certain number of meals in your lifetime. Every day, when you eat, that’s a day you’ll never get back. You don’t want to look back and think you wasted your time eating junk. You want to enjoy your food, take in the best that the world has to offer. That’s why I like fine dining, and what I get out of it.”

Jessica is the sort of woman who knows what she wants and who is ready to go after it. “You have to grab what you want in life,” she says. “Nobody is going to do it for you. You have to look out for yourself. But looking out for yourself doesn’t mean pushing other people aside. It doesn’t mean being bad to people. I think you’ve got to be willing to treat people the way you want to be treated. It all comes back to that very simple principle. If you can do that, you can get whatever you need.”
